Prices and seasons published on the website are indicative and subject to variation without notice prior to the confirmation of a booking. A quote will be provided at the time of inquiry and the confirmation of the booking will occur when the advance payment of 100% of the total rent has been paid and the confirmation of booking form is issued. The base currency of referral is the € EUROS.

Rental prices include nightly rate of the property and such other inclusions that are listed under the property description page.

Personal information can be collected in many ways when you contact us. We may ask you to voluntarily provide information, including personal information. For example, we may ask to collect your name, email address, and phone number for reservations.

We may also ask you for your residence address and identity information for mandatory declarations to the SEF under the Portuguese legislation governing Tourist Rental properties.

For security of transactions, we use the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol, which encrypts any personal information you enter into registration, information and feedback forms on the website. The encryption process protects your information, by scrambling it before it is sent to us from your computer. We also make commercially reasonable effort to ensure the security of your personal information on our system. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot warrant the security of any information you transmit to us.

Wen you communicate with us by e-mail, we collect your correspondence to manage your bookings. Your correspondence is not public.
